Our caseload is growing faster than our team. We are looking for registered associates who want steady clinical hours, consistent supervision, and meaningful work with Partnership HealthPlan communities across Northern California. Every session is by secure audio or video, so you can work from anywhere in California.
The Role
Who We Are Hiring
Registered associates who want steady clinical hours with Medi-Cal communities.
W-2 Employment
BBS requires registered associates to work as employees, not independent contractors.
Compensation & Support
What We Offer
Supervision and a full caseload, without building a practice yourself.
Pay
$50 to $60 per session hour. Supervision hours paid at your local minimum wage.
