Our mission is to reach as many people as possible who want therapy in the comfort of their own home. We want to come to the patient, not have the patient come to us.
Our Story
From one city to all of California.
About 15 years ago
Redding Therapy Center opened and served patients in the Redding area for roughly 15 years.
January 1, 2026
Redding Therapy Center became Pacific Mental Health Services. We wanted to reach more people instead of only the Redding area, so we became a fully virtual practice that can serve all of California.
Today
PMHS is contracted with Partnership HealthPlan of California and sees Medi-Cal members in all 24 counties Partnership serves, by secure video or phone.
How We Work
Built around your home, not an office.
- 100% telehealth. Sessions run on Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant platform with no download or account, or by phone.
- No referral needed. Partnership HealthPlan members can contact PMHS directly, with no prior authorization.
- Typically no cost. Covered sessions usually cost nothing for Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal members.
- No waitlist. We reply within one hour between 8am and 8pm, or by 9am the next morning, and most patients start the same week.
- 50 to 60 minute sessions, with evening and weekend availability.
- Anywhere in California. You only need a private space and to be physically in California during each session.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #51777) with 18 years as a therapist and more than 12 years as a clinical supervisor, certified in EMDR therapy.
Dmitri Kolpacoff, MBA, MSc, APCC
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor & Head of Technology
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #20355) practicing under Ryan Frost’s supervision, and a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University.

PMHS serves Partnership HealthPlan members in all 24 counties Partnership covers, from Del Norte and Siskiyou down to Marin and Solano, and accepts private pay anywhere in California.
