Clinicians: Ryan Frost, MA, LMFT (LMFT #51777) and Dmitri Kolpacoff, MBA, MSc, APCC (APCC #20355). - **Cost:** For most Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal members, covered therapy sessions cost nothing. PMHS also accepts private pay with sliding-scale fees. Patients who also have Medicare can be seen only when Partnership HealthPlan is their primary plan.
